How do I book a class? +

Choose the class you want from our homepage and click "Book now". Enter your contact details and complete the booking. You'll receive a confirmation by email.

Can I cancel a booking? +

Yes, cancellations are generally free of charge up to 24 hours before the class starts. Just contact us by email or phone. Any amounts already paid will be refunded.

Which payment methods do you accept? +

We accept payments by credit card, SEPA direct debit and PayPal through our secure payment provider Stripe. Payment is processed directly at booking.

What is a class pass? +

A class pass (e.g. a 5- or 10-class pass) lets you book multiple classes at a discounted price. Depending on the studio, different classes may cost different amounts of units or credits. The pass is valid for a fixed period from the purchase date and is automatically stamped at each booking.

What happens to my personal data? +

Your data is used exclusively to process your booking and is protected under the GDPR. We do not share personal data with third parties. For more information, see our privacy policy.

Do I need prior experience for the classes? +

Most of our classes are suitable for all experience levels. You'll find information on the difficulty level in each class description. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at any time.
