1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and purchases made through the website of Dilara Loistl (Einzelunternehmen).

2. Booking

A booking is binding. After completing the booking, you will receive a confirmation by email. The booking becomes effective upon receipt of the confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

Class prices are listed on the website. Payment can be made in the following ways:

• Online: By credit card via the payment service provider Stripe. The amount is charged at the time of booking.
• On site: By debit card, credit card or contactless at the card reader (Stripe Terminal). After payment, you can receive a receipt by email upon request.

Free classes do not require payment.

4. Class passes and credits

We offer class passes (e.g. 10-class passes). With a class pass, you can book a fixed number of classes. Class passes have a validity period and expire after that period. Unused units or credits are not refunded. If you cancel a booking, the units or credits are returned to the pass.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the class. For paid bookings, the amount will be refunded via Stripe. For bookings made with a class pass, the units or credits will be returned. Please contact us by email at dilara@moonletmethod.de.

6. Participation

Participation in classes is at your own risk. If you have any health restrictions, please inform the instructor in advance. The provider is not liable for injuries resulting from improper execution of the exercises.

7. Liability

The provider is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are violated.
